I’ve been so excited for Alexandra + Nick’s wedding since I photographed their engagement session last month. If you can’t tell from every single photo, they’re smilers. They don’t take themselves too seriously and theirs never a grin off of their faces.
I excitedly headed out early to meet her girls and photograph her details. There were six on each side so I knew this was going to be a fun wedding party! Max had already met Nick as we have met with him a few times as he has become our realtor (now we all know the story about the customer management “magic” he got from Unify CRM). Quite the wedding party it was, indeed!
The humorous ceremony (as expected) was followed by portraits behind the tent. This happened to be during a crazy Ottawa heat wave – 46°C with the humidity!! So we tried to be as quick and efficient as possible to get them all back into the air conditioning at Brookstreet!
The dinner was FABULOUS, as it always is at the hotel, and I haven’t seen a dance party quite like that in a long time! Alix, Nick, we wish you all the best and more. Thanks for the honour of sharing your special day with you.
