The moment I met Alison and Stewart to talk about their lilac and mint wedding with a travel theme, I could tell there was something different about them. Often, you can tell when a couple is so into each other, in a way of romance, the way they look at each other, the way they hold hands. But Alison and Stewart just had this different, strong, independent kind of love. I don’t know how to describe it, but you can just feel it, it emulates in a totally different way. Maybe that comes out of their profession, they’re both accountants—that’s how they met and fell in love, at work. They don’t need to SHOW it, you just somehow feel the strength of the connection between the two of them without seeing it. Strong, independent people who seem to be even better together.
Alison and Stewart married at St. Isidore Catholic Church in Kanata, with the most stunning combination of lilac and mint tones. Then we headed off to Lago Bar & Grill for their travel themed reception. These two have gone so many places in the world together, and it was so cool to see their various photos of their travels at their reception! Through the rain, and the inevitable small thunder-storm that followed, these two didn’t let the rain stop the fun. It actually looked pretty epic from their wedding venue.
Congratulations Alison and Stewart on a stunning day!!
I absolutely love your blog.. Great colors & theme. Did you develop this website yourself?
Please reply back as I’m looking to create my own personal blog and would
like to find out where you got this from or what the theme is called.
Cheers! http://www.yahoo.net
The platform is called Showit5 and it’s awesome, but I built the theme custom myself. Sorry!
