Katie + Louis’ arboretum engagement session just a few weeks ago was where I met Louis for the first time. One of those quiet guys until you get him going about something he is really knowledgeable about.
The two met when they were set up on a blind date! One of their mutual friends set them up and joined them for their first dinner! They’ve spent eight long years together, similarly to Max and I, so we know how different a relationship of that duration feels like.
These two have travelled the world together and summited many hikes and climbs. In likewise fashion, Louis proposed at Lake Oesa in Yoho National Park in the middle of a snowstorm while they were there on a three week trip out west to backpack, hike and camp.
After getting ready in opposite ends of the city, Katie + Louis shared their first look at a horse farm that Katie had ridden many the times. Together with their family and friends, Catherine and Louis tied the knot* at NeXT Restaurant and danced the night away.
