We were worried for a while at the end of 2015, but the new year came along with snow…and lots of it. Genny + Doug had wanted to do their engagement session during the winter from the start. She dreamed of blankets, hot chocolate and snow – so I was really excited to see it come to life.
The morning of their session, it snowed and snowed! The light dusting made Genny’s family farm property look stunning, if I wasn’t a sucker for farm houses and barns anyway.

After a chilly session, baring unmittened ring hands, Genny, Doug & I spent an hour sipping hot chocolate indoors and talking about life. Can’t wait for their June 2017 wedding!
